We offer flexibility when it comes to production timelines to accommodate your needs. Choose from the following options:

  • Standard Order: This combines one month of production time with our standard delivery timeline, which is typically 5-7 business days.
  • Express Order: Opt for an accelerated production time of two weeks for an additional fee of $40, followed by our standard delivery duration.
  • Super Express Order: For those who need their dress swiftly, enjoy 3-5 days of production time for an extra $80, plus our standard delivery time.
Important Considerations:
  • Made-to-Order Clause: Since our dresses are bespoke and made-to-order, returns are not typically accepted. However, your satisfaction is pivotal; hence we urge you to reach out if there are issues, and we’ll navigate towards the best solution together.
  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and secure to prevent any loss or theft during delivery.
  • Non-Replacement Policy: We cannot reimburse or replace items lost or damaged during shipping, so it’s crucial to provide a secure address.
  • Customs and Import Duties
    Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
  • Non-Working Days: Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or public holidays, and we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen local disruptions.
