International Shipping
We ship orders worldwide from Poland. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the carrier’s conditions.
If several shipping options are available for your order, they will be shown during checkout.
Production and Shipping Time
Because our items are made individually, each order first goes through the production process. The standard production time is approximately 8 weeks.
The delivery time starts only after the item has been made, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Production time may vary depending on the design, complexity of the item, production workload, and individual order details.
Rush Production
If you need your item sooner, you may choose rush production for an additional fee.
The available rush production options are:
- Production within 6 weeks
- Production within 4 weeks
- Production within 2 weeks
Rush production only shortens the production time of the item. It does not mean express shipping and does not affect the carrier’s delivery time, customs clearance, or possible shipping delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, distance, carrier service, and customs clearance process.
After dispatch, delivery to the USA, for example, usually takes approximately 5–7 business days. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address.
We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, lost packages, or failed delivery if the buyer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, an incorrect phone number, or does not respond to the shipping carrier’s requests.
Customs Duties and Import Fees
For international orders, the package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other additional charges in the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown on our website.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
After the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot fully control the delivery process, carrier timelines, customs clearance, or local delays.
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, we will do our best to assist you with the available information, tracking number, and, where possible, a request to the shipping carrier.
Weekends and Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
