Where are you located?

Where are you located? We launched our company in 2020 in Ukraine and then in 2023 we made our branch in Poland, making it easier for brides across worldwide to find their perfect dresses. 

Can I customize or alter any of your bridal dresses?

Yes, we offer customizations for our dresses. In our studio, skilled artisans can make adjustments such as changing the skirt length to suit your height, softening the sleeves, modifying the corset neckline, or creating a more covered back.

These types of customizations are available for a flat fee of $149.

When placing your order, simply check the “Customize Dress” box on the product page and describe your preferences in the text fields provided.

How long does it take to make a dress?

We handcraft all our dresses based on individual measurements. Our tailoring time has been reduced 1 month. 

What delivery terms do you propose?

Poland: 2-3 business days delivery. USA & Canada: 1-5 bisiness day delivery. Rest of the world: 3-7 business days delivery. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Keep in mind that all of the dresses are made to order, please add the production terms. 

My wedding is soon, it is possible to receive the dress faster?

We offer expedited production for brides who need their dress sooner than the standard timeframe.

 Standard production time is 1 month — and it’s free of charge.

 Rush production in 3 weeks — +$39

 Rush production in 2 weeks — +$59

 Rush production in 1 week — +$99

How can I return a dress? 

Our customized items are individually handmade according to your request and the measurements provided. Have Dress aims to guarantee your full satisfaction. All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Your dresses are made-to-order and labor-intensive therefore we cannot accept returns on dresses. In cases not covered by this DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
