All customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees that may arise upon delivery or during customs clearance in the destination country are the full responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot determine their exact amount in advance, as they depend on the rules and rates set by the customs authorities of each country.

The buyer is responsible for checking the import regulations, possible taxes, duties, and restrictions in their country before placing an order. If a parcel is delayed at customs, the buyer may be required to provide additional information or pay the necessary fees to complete the delivery.

All our products are made individually according to the buyer's measurements and specifications. Therefore, if the buyer refuses to receive the parcel, refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or any other required fees in their country, the amount paid for the order is non-refundable.
